Its not exactly a shear, but its like a comb that you run through your hair. It cuts your hair off, and it leaves your hair with a razor edge. I have no idea what it is called, and I would to get one. Thanks.
it is a razor… it just has that comb thing that slides over it… but yes it is a razor.
