Hi, I recently brought a cheap thinning shear ($35) and I have no idea how to use it… I like to make my hair messy like most asians. The problem is that I can never get the style I want… if anyone can help, please do!!!
pick up the hair in sections, twist it, and then take a few bites out of it with the texturizers about halfway down. comb thru and see if it is chunky enough if not:repeat.
